- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the academic pathway plan.
- Supervise curriculum implementation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor instructor performance and student progress.
- Review and enhance academic plans based on project needs.
- Lead academic teams and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly academic progress reports.
- Ensure academic processes align with national cultural education standards.
- Qualifications:
- Saudi Nationals Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Arts, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in academic supervision or curriculum development
- Experience in instructional design is a plus
- Required Skills:
- Excellent academic writing and curriculum planning skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage academic teams effectively
