Engagement & Recruitment Assistant

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of recruitment and engagement plans.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns and field events.
  • Communicate with schools, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Prepare brief engagement reports.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team.
  • Qualifications:
  • Saudi Nationals Only
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or similar
  • 1–2 years experience in related administrative or engagement roles
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments
