- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement & recruitment strategies.
- Build partnerships with schools and community institutions.
- Lead digital and on-ground recruitment campaigns.
- Analyze target audience behavior and design outreach plans.
- Track KPIs and improve campaign performance.
- Supervise recruitment activities, events, and field operations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly engagement reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and project teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Qualifications:
- Saudi Nationals Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in engagement or recruitment
- Experience managing outreach and social campaigns
- Required Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
- Ability to build strong community partnerships
