Reports & Presentation Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Design professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
  • Analyze operational data and extract actionable insights.
  • Support departmental reporting needs and data requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized data archives.
  • Ensure all reports meet quality and formatting standards.
  • Qualifications:
  • Saudi Nationals Only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years experience in reporting and analysis
  • Strong background in data visualization
  • Required Skills:
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards)
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
  • Accuracy, analytical thinking, and organization
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
